Paul Weitz's been doing memorable Hollywood films in the past decade and Robert de Niro is again on board in his latest installment. De Niro has been in small roles, comedic flops, and bad scripts (remember Righteous kill?). He's been known for high caliber acting with all his classic films together with his classy directors, but now has been totally overshadowed even by his recent average co-stars (like new years eve?!).
Being Flynn's trailer shows a top grade Bob de Niro back in where he is good at. The father and son plot seems a perfect fit for the veteran actor like it was role custom made for him. Even his co star Paul Dano delivers good acting which highlights de Niro's persona the father - Jonathan Flynn... The voice-over in the beginning of the trailer is suffice to say that the audience can expect an intriguing story between the two main characters.
Julianne Moore co stars also as the wife and mother for both main characters which adds more flavor and credential to deliver a good film. Another worthy addition in 2012's watch list.
